CNBC's JIM CRAMER TALKS CARS AND MONEY WITH NASCAR SUPERSTARS IN HIS FIRST NBC SPECIAL: "THE AMERICAN DREAM WITH JIM CRAMER"

NEW YORK and ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., July 1, 2008.    With gas prices reaching record highs, home values plummeting and nest eggs shrinking, too many of us feel like the American Dream is fading. But on July 13th at 7PM ET, CNBC's Jim Cramer reminds viewers that the American Dream is still very much alive and that he, himself, is living proof.

In this one-hour NBC Special, "The American Dream with Jim Cramer," one of the best minds on Wall Street and the host of "Mad Money w/Jim Cramer" heads to NASCAR'S Pit Road to talk straight about the economy, investing and helping Americans unlock the wealth of money-making opportunities everywhere, even in their favorite pastime. Jim Cramer gives you the answers to the problems that all Americans are facing today-from how to deal with high gas prices, to how to prepare for retirement, to the first steps that every American should take to secure their financial future.

Broadcasting from Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte, N.C. in front of an audience of die-hard NASCAR and "Mad Money" fans, Cramer has an unprecedented, all-access pass to the number one spectator sport in the country. Cramer spends time talking cars, dreams, winning and of course business with some of NASCAR's brightest and most magnetic stars including Kyle Busch, driver of No. 18 M&Ms Toyota; Jimmie Johnson, driver of No. 48 Lowe's Chevrolet; Carl Edwards, driver of No. 99 Office Depot Ford; Casey Mears, driver of No. 5 Kellogg's Chevrolet and Jeff Burton, driver of No. 31 AT&T Chevrolet.

NASCAR is probably the only sport fast enough to keep up with Jim Cramer's lightening-speed advice and opinions. Nothing can stop Cramer from his mission of trying to make people money, even at 150MPH. Cramer believes that at the intersection of Wall Street and Main Street lies NASCAR's Pit Road, a broad fan base and true cross-section of America, and an environment brimming with investment ideas.

"The American Dream with Jim Cramer" premieres on Sunday, July 13th at 7PM ET on NBC.

GOLDEN GLOBE AND OSCAR NOMINEE, AMY RYAN, CLOCKS-IN AT "THE OFFICE"

UNIVERSALY CITY, Calif. – June 30, 2008. Golden Globe and Academy-Award nominee Amy Ryan reprises her guest-starring role as Human Resources representative, Holly Flax, for multiple episodes in season five of the Emmy-Award-winning comedy "The Office." Amy Ryan's character, Holly Flax, was introduced in the season four finale episode, "Goodbye, Toby," as Toby Flenderson's (played by Paul Lieberstein) human resources replacement.

"The Office" season five premieres Thursday, September 25 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on NBC and picks-up from last season's finale, in which Holly Flax (Amy Ryan) joined the Dunder-Mifflin office the day of Toby's big going away party and seemed to strike a special friendship with Michael Scott (Golden-Globe Winner, Steve Carell) and Kevin Malone (Brian Baumgartner).

"Amy gave the character of 'Holly' an openness and matured innocence that exposed a new side of Michael (Steve Carell). She placed her character right on his level. With her, we now go into our fifth season with the possibilities of our first," said Paul Lieberstein, who was recently promoted to executive producer for season five and previously served as co-executive producer of "The Office."

NBC DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT TO BEGIN RELEASING SHOW-SPECIFIC STREAMING DATA

BURBANK, Calif. – June 25, 2008. NBC Digital Entertainment today announced plans to release NBC.com's show-specific streaming demographic data, beginning with the June metrics. This roll-out of show-level data, which will be distributed through Nielsen Online's VideoCensus in July, marks another milestone in NBC Universal's efforts to deliver transparent metrics that provide more effective 360-degree planning and analysis tools. The announcement was made by Vivi Zigler, Executive Vice President, NBC Digital Entertainment.

"The digital entertainment business is maturing and part of the natural evolution is the ability to provide accurate measurement to our clients," said Zigler. "We especially like the transparency of the VideoCensus methodology because we know exactly what is being measured."

"Show-level data is something that advertisers have been asking for and NBC Universal is confident the numbers we're releasing through Nielsen Online's VideoCensus are both accurate and illustrative of the dramatic engagement that content from NBC Digital Entertainment delivers," said Peter Naylor, Senior Vice President, Digital Media Sales. "We're committed to working with advertisers to advance their understanding of how media performs across platforms and across audiences."

This marks a further step in the efforts made by NBC Universal to provide better, more accurate and more actionable cross-media metrics, by partnering with companies such as IAG and Nielsen. Nielsen's new streaming measurement, Nielsen Online's VideoCensus, makes it possible for advertisers to more easily compare streaming numbers show by show. It will also make it easier to analyze cross-platform consumption and the full reach and engagement of content. By being the first broadcast network to tag streaming video for Nielsen, NBC Digital Entertainment is among the pioneers in digital entertainment research.

THE NEXT "CBS ELITEXC SATURDAY NIGHT FIGHTS" TO BE BROADCAST JULY 26 ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

LOS ANGELES, June 26, 2008.           CBS and EliteXC announced today that the next CBS ELITEXC SATURDAY NIGHT FIGHTS will be broadcast live from the Stockton Arena in Stockton, Calif. on Saturday, July 26 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  The four-fight broadcast will be highlighted by the highly anticipated rematch between "Ruthless" Robbie Lawler and Scott "Hands of Steel" Smith for the EliteXC Middleweight Title.

The night of mixed martial action will begin with three live fights on SHOWTIME (8:00-9:00 PT, ET/PT) including an EliteXC Heavyweight Championship match featuring Antonio "Big Foot" Silva.

"One venue, two networks and seven exciting world class fights adds up to an entertaining and memorable mixed martial arts event in prime time," said Doug DeLuca, Executive Chairman, ProElite, Inc.

In a rematch of their exciting, controversial first fight on May 31 on CBS, Lawler, the EliteXC middleweight champion from St. Louis by way of Davenport, Iowa, will put his title on the line once again against hard-hitting challenger Smith of Elk Grove, Calif.  Their last meeting, a fight that many called the fight of the night, ended in controversy when doctors called the fight after Smith caught an unintentional finger in the eye late in the third round. Smith claimed he was ready to continue, but the fight was stopped and declared a no contest.

In a second world title fight on CBS, two of the sports' most talented welterweights will collide when San Francisco's Jake Shields, who has won nine in a row, gets his long awaited shot at a world title when he squares off against Nick Thompson of Minneapolis, Minn., who has won 12 straight and 20 of his last 21 fights, for the vacant EliteXC 170-pound belt.

The world title fights are scheduled for five, five-minute rounds.

CBS Sports play-by-play announcer Gus Johnson, cageside analysts Frank Shamrock and Mauro Ranallo, and reporter Karyn Bryant will return as the "CBS ELITEXC SATURDAY NIGHT FIGHTS" broadcast team and also have the call for the SHOWTIME telecast.
