TRANSCRIPT OF BOB COSTAS' INTERVIEW WITH PRESIDENT GEORGE W. BUSH

BEIJING, China.  August 11, 2008.          Bob Costas interviewed U.S. President George W. Bush live in studio during NBC's primetime coverage from the Beijing Olympics. A transcript follows:

Costas: You saw the Opening Ceremony, you've seen Michael Phelps and company, at the pool, you went to beach volleyball, the USA's win over China in basketball last night, what are your impressions so far?

Bush: First of all I think the Chinese are being great hosts, the venues are fantastic, and our team's fired up and so am I. I'm excited to be here. It's such a thrill to watch our men and women compete.

Costas: You met with the ball players before the basketball game last night.

Bush: I did.

Costas: What was their response to you?

Bush: Their response was … well first of all… obviously these are great stars… and their response was thanks for coming, we are really really honored to represent America, and I was impressed by them. And of course they go out and put on a great performance.

Costas: And winning 101- 70. Alright, our time here is limited but we will get to as much as we can, the Opening Ceremonies were glorious there is much to admire about China's people, China's culture, and its present accomplishments. But this remains an authoritarian state.

Bush: That's true.

Costas: With an abysmal human rights record. In the long run, is China's rise irreconcilable with America's interest?

Bush: No, in the long run America better remain engaged with China and understand that we can have a cooperative and constructive yet candid relationship. It's really important for future presidents to understand the relationship between China and the region and its important to make sure that America is engaged with China even though we may have some disagreements.

Costas: You met with President Hu Jintao not just at the Opening Ceremony, but privately since then. Did you press him on the full array of American concerns? Human rights, press freedom, Tibet, China's support of rogue regimes like Sudan and Myanmar?

Bush: And North Korea and Iran.

Costas: It was all on the table?

Bush: Oh absolutely every time. Every time. But you've got to understand something Bob. I don't need the Olympics to advance America's agenda. I've met with Hu Jintao a lot since I have been the President and listen we agree with them on a lot of things and we disagree with them on things, and that's the way the relationship is going to be. It needs to be as I mentioned constructive and cooperative.

Costas: This past week you restated America's fundamental differences with China but given China's growing strength and America's own problems, realistically, how much leverage and influence does the U.S. have here?

Bush: First of all, I don't see America having problems. I see America as a nation that is a world leader that has got great values and leverage, I don't think you should look at the relationship as one of leverage, I think you should look at the relationship as one of constructive engagement, where you can find common areas like North Korea and Iran. But also be in a position where they can respect you enough to listen to your views on religious freedom and political liberty.

Costas: If these Olympics are as successful as they are shaping up to be, most people believe this only further legitimizes the ruling party in the minds of most Chinese citizens. And even absent true liberty as we understand it, the lives of hundreds of millions of Chinese people are much better than they once were. Therefore, what's the party's incentive to reform?

Bush: Well first of all, if you are a religious person you understand that once religion takes hold in a society it can't be stopped. And secondly I think the Olympics are gonna serve as a chance for people to come and see china the way it is, and let the Chinese see the world and interface and have, you know, the opportunity to converse with people from around the world. This is very positive development in my view for peace. You know, who knows how China's going to progress. They have been through some very difficult political times, the Cultural Revolution for one, where the leadership actually created violent anarchy as the society turned on itself. All I can tell you is it's important for the United States to be active in this part of the world, with all countries, and to stay engaged with China.

Costas: Moving away from China for just a second, during the Opening Ceremony, we saw you conferring with Vladimir Putin. We now know that you were talking about the conflict that had erupted that day between Russia and Georgia.

Bush: That's true.

Costas: Now Georgia is a former Soviet Republic that is sympathetic to the West and that is attempting to embody many Western values. But just as you need China, you need Russia strategically around the globe. You've got to walk a fine line. What did you say to Putin?

Bush: I said this violence is unacceptable. I not only said it to Vladimir Putin, I said it to the President of the country, Dmitry Medvedev. And my administration has been engaged with both sides in this, trying to get a cease-fire, and saying the status quo for all troops should be August 6th. Look, I expressed my grave concern about the disproportionate response of Russia. And we strongly condemn bombing outside of South Ossetia. It was just interesting to me that here we are, you know trying to promote peace and harmony, and we're witnessing a conflict take place.

Costas: No Olympic truce in this case.

Bush: There wasn't. And I was very firm with Vladimir Putin. And he and I have a good relationship. Just like I was firm with the Russian President. And hopefully this will get resolved peacefully. There needs to be international mediation for the South Ossetia issue.

Costas: Couple more quick things.

Bush: Sure.

Costas: China is a nation that warmly received Omar al-Bashir of Sudan, who has since been indicted by the International Court on charges of genocide. Then, this past week they revoke the visa of Joey Cheek, an exemplary Olympian who had planned to come here not to directly protest China's government, but to call attention to the humanitarian crisis in Darfur. What's your reaction?

Bush: My reaction is I'm sorry Joey Cheek didn't come. He's a good man. Joey Cheek's just got to know I took the Sudanese message for him. My attitude is if you've got relations with Mr. Bashir, think about helping us solve the humanitarian crisis in Darfur. That was my message to the Chinese government.

Costas: As you attempt to press these points with them, do you find Hu Jintao not just warm to you personally, but is he receptive? Do you sense any movement?

Bush: Yeah, it's hard to tell. I mean, all I can tell you is that it is best to be in a position where a leader will listen to you. I went to church here. And I'm sure the cynics say 'Well, you know, it was just a state sponsored church.' On the other hand, and that's true, it gave me a chance to say to the Chinese people, religion won't hurt you, you ought to welcome religious people. And it gave me a chance to say to the Chinese government, 'Why don't you register the underground churches and give them a chance to flourish?' And he listened politely. I can't read his mind, but I do know that every time I met with him, I pressed the point.

Costas: Your father has long standing connections to China. He was an envoy here even before we established an official ambassador's position during the 1970s. And he is here with you on this trip, so there's a family connection.

Bush: Absolutely. Yeah, it was a great connection. I can remember riding my bike around Beijing in 1975.

Costas: Only bikes then, just about.

Bush: Unbelievable how far this has changed. And he feels the same way. We were honored yesterday, when the President, Hu Jintao, invited my dad, and me, and Laura, and my sister, and my daughter, my brother, for dinner or lunch. It was a great gesture of kindness. Bob, it's very important for the American people to know, coming here gave me a chance obviously to root for our team, and you've captured that but also, coming here is a sign of respect for the Chinese people. And this is a big, important nation. We'll have our differences, we'll have our agreements. But in order to find common ground and move the world toward peace, it is important for this country to show respect for the people of the country.

Costas: Briefly, one more sports question.

Bush: Sure.

Costas: You have been outspoken. Your past connections to baseball, you used the State of the Union speech to do it, to talk about performance enhancing drugs in sports. Marion Jones recently petitioned you for clemency. She's serving time because of her involvement in the BALCO case, one time Olympic hero. We know many Olympians, and in your favorite sport and mine, baseball, big time names, Barry Bonds, Roger Clemens, what's your feeling about this, and how much do you, as an American, trust the integrity of the sports you watch?

Bush: Let's just talk about baseball. Obviously, one of the great things about baseball is that we can compare the records of the players of the 50s to the 60s and the 70s and obviously the 1990s. And it is very important for there to be, for the sport to be clean. The great continuity, the history of baseball is real. And secondly, we don't want adults sending mixed message to children, that it's ok to shoot up drugs in order to become a star, cause it's not okay.

Costas: You gonna go to a couple more events before you leave?

Bush: I'm going to swimming, if you'd ever let me off this set.

Costas: (Laughter) Okay, you are dismissed

Bush: Thank you sir.

Costas: Thank you, Mr. President.

NBC Plans a Full Spectrum Primetime Fall Preview

BURBANK, Calif. August 6, 2008.          NBC draws back the curtain to provide broadcast and online audiences an early sneak peek at the network's new and returning series for Fall as title star Zachary Levi ("Chuck") hosts "The NBC Primetime Preview" -- a 30-minute cavalcade highlighted by an exclusive backstage look to be conveyed on a full spectrum of NBC Universal media platforms beginning August 30 through September 28.

The show will also feature appearances by Christian Slater (star of NBC's new drama "My Own Worst Enemy"), Molly Shannon and Selma Blair (stars of NBC's new comedy "Kath & Kim") and many NBC stars from the cast of such favorites as "Heroes" and "The Office," among others.

The annual Fall program will be offered to NBC's 232 television stations (check local listings) as well as other channel entities such as USA, SCI FI, Bravo, UniHD, Chiller, mun2, MSNBC, CNBC, Oxygen, Sleuth, NBC2Go, on-demand and broadband. NBC stations can also run it on their websites while NBC.com will also run it as well. In addition, the program will be screened on selected United Airlines flights.

NBC's Fall 2008-09 premiere week begins in earnest on Monday, September 22.

Debuting on Monday, October 13 (10-11 p.m. ET), executive producer/creator Jason Smilovic teams up with executive producer/director David Semel on NBC's new drama "My Own Worst Enemy" -- a show that raises the question: who can you trust when you can't trust yourself? Starring Slater ("Bobby") as both Henry Spivey and Edward Albright, the series explores the duality of a man who is literally pitted against himself. Also starring are Yara Martinez ("The Hitcher"), Alfre Woodard ("Desperate Housewives"), Mike O'Malley ("Yes, Dear") and Saffron Burrows ("The Bank Job").

The American adaptation of the Australian hit comedy series "Kath & Kim" stars Shannon (NBC's "Saturday Night Live") and Blair ("Hellboy 2") as the hilarious and iconoclastic mother-daughter duo. "Kath & Kim" focuses on Kath (Shannon), a cheerful, foxy, forty-something, and her self-absorbed daughter, Kim (Blair), who have the love/hate, push/pull dysfunctional relationship that only a mother and daughter could share. John Michael Higgins ("Best in Show") and Mikey Day (MTV's "Short Circuitz") also star. The comedy premieres on Thursday, October 9 (8:30-9 p.m. ET).

Viewers will also get a look at NBC's new dramas "Crusoe" (debuting with a two-hour episode on Friday, October 17 (8-10 p.m. ET) that stars Philip Winchester ("The Patriot") and Sam Neill ("Jurassic Park") in a contemporary take of the classic Daniel Defoe novel of a man marooned on a deserted island. On the heels of the hit NBC movie, "Knight Rider" (premiering Wednesday, September 24, 8-9 p.m. ET) is the iconic 1980s television classic that comes roaring back to life as a reinvented, updated and super-charged action series showcasing the new KITT (Knight Industries Three Thousand) – the coolest car ever. Justin Bruening ("All My Children"), Deanna Russo ("NCIS"), Sydney Tamiia Poitier ("Veronica Mars"), Paul Campbell ("Battlestar Galactica"), Yancey Arias ("Kingpin") and Bruce Davison ("Breach") star. Smith Cho ("Blades of Glory") recurs

Likewise, audiences can gain advance insight into "America's Toughest Jobs," the new extreme competition series from creator/executive producer Thom Beers ("Deadliest Catch," "Ice Road Truckers") and executive producers Gail Berman and Lloyd Braun, "America's Toughest Jobs" that tests 13 men and women who take on some of the most dangerous jobs on earth. The early series premiere is Monday, August 25 (9-10 p.m. ET).

In addition to the new series, the special will focus on returning series as well, particularly "Heroes," "Sunday Night Football," "Lipstick Jungle," "Chuck," "Life" and NBC's acclaimed Thursday night comedies – "My Name Is Earl," the Emmy Award-winning "30 Rock" (which last month received 17 Emmy Award nominations, breaking the single-season record for a comedy series) and the Emmy-winning "The Office."

THE "CBS EVENING NEWS WITH KATIE COURIC" ANNOUNCES PLANS FOR IN-DEPTH ELECTION COVERAGE FOCUSING ON ISSUES MOST IMPORTANT TO AMERICANS DURING THE FINAL MONTHS OF CAMPAIGN '08

New York, N.Y.  August 13th, 2008.          THE CBS EVENING NEWS WITH KATIE COURIC today announced plans for expanded reporting and innovative features with special emphasis on the candidates and their positions on 35 key issues of importance to the country beginning with coverage of the Democratic and Republican National Conventions later this month and continuing through Election Night '08, on the broadcast and on CBSNews.com.  The announcement was made by Rick Kaplan, Executive Producer, CBS EVENING NEWS, and Katie Couric, the broadcast's anchor and managing editor.

The expanded coverage will be led by Couric, with reporting and analysis by Bob Schieffer, CBS News' chief Washington Correspondent and Anchor of FACE THE NATION, and Jeff Greenfield, Senior Political Correspondent, and reports from CBS News correspondents across the country and around the world.

The broadcast will feature franchises including "Presidential Questions," "Where They Stand," "Follow the Money" and "Reality Check," along with regular reports including "Campaign '08 Notebook;" "The Week Ahead;" "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly;" "Week in Review;" "The Uncommitted Voters;" "Campaign Diaries" and CBS News Polls.

"I'm very proud of what Katie and our team have produced thus far," said Kaplan, "but our goal is to do even more:  to give our viewers the most thoughtful, intelligent and useful reporting and analysis of this campaign possible as they prepare to make a very important decision on Nov. 4."

"This is a rare chance to focus on positions instead of process," said Couric.  "These features and investigative reports will offer viewers real breadth and insight and will hopefully allow them to make an educated decision on Nov. 4.  I'm particularly excited about Presidential Questions, which often solicit spontaneous and revealing answers to questions about character and leadership."

CBS EVENING NEWS Franchises

Presidential Questions - Based on Couric's acclaimed Primary Questions series broadcast during the 2008 primary season, the goal of Presidential Questions is to glean information from the candidates that goes well beyond stump speeches to their character and how they might actually perform as president.  The reports will debut during the national conventions.

Where They Stand - This series of in-depth reports, each averaging six minutes in length, will begin the week of Sept. 8 and run two-three times per week.  They will examine how each candidate proposes to solve America's most pressing problems, from the economy to healthcare to education to energy to the environment to the country's infrastructure to foreign policy to immigration to homeland security, among others.  CBS News correspondents around the country and the world will contribute to the series.

Follow the Money - With more than $1 billion waiting to be spent, CBS News Washington Investigative Correspondent Sharyl Attkisson will follow the key and sometimes controversial dollars that fund political campaigns large and small.

Reality Check - CBS News White House Correspondent Bill Plante and CBS News Washington Correspondent Wyatt Andrews will measure the candidates' campaign claims, promises, attacks and advertisements against the facts.

CBS EVENING NEWS Regular Reports (beginning Monday, Sept. 8)

Campaign '08 Notebook-Couric will continue to offer this political news digest every day beginning Sept. 8.

The Week Ahead-Every Monday, Couric will preview the week's anticipated big stories.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly--Every Thursday, Greenfield will look at the highs, the lows and the weird of the week in politics.

Week in Review-Every Friday, Schieffer will offer his take on the week's most important and intriguing campaign stories and explain what they mean.

The Uncommitted Voters-This periodic series, reported by Couric, will follow a diverse and representative group of undecided voters in key states as they navigate the process of deciding for whom to cast their ballots in November.

Campaign Diaries-CBS News' embedded reporters and producers will offer snapshots from the campaign trail.

CBS News Polls-Having taken America's pulse since 1975, CBS News' Polling Unit will continue to examine and measure the mood of the country as it relates to Campaign '08.

BODY-BENDING GAME SHOW “HOLE IN THE WALL” JUMPS ONTO FOX THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

Los Angeles, Cal.,  Thursday, Aug. 7, 2008.            HOLE IN THE WALL, the body-bending, mind-twisting, global game show phenomenon from AMERICAN IDOL producers FremantleMedia North America, will premiere Thursday, Sept. 11 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX.

HOLE IN THE WALL became an instant ratings success story on-air and online after launching on Japan’s Fuji TV in July 2006, where it continues to rank No. 1 in its timeslot. The format swiftly created waves around the world, with FremantleMedia currently producing versions in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China, Colombia, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, Sweden and the U.K.

Hosted by Brooke Burns (“Dog Eat Dog”) and Mark Thompson (“Guinness World Records: Primetime”), HOLE IN THE WALL is one of the trickiest, fastest, funniest and wettest shows on the planet where speed, agility and a hearty sense of humor are essential tools to survive. During each episode, two teams of three compete against each other in multiple rounds of play, facing various barrier walls speeding toward them with weird and wacky cut-out shapes. Each team must contort their bodies individually or in unison to fit through the wall or be swept away into a pool below. As players struggle to strike a pose, points – and dignity – can be easily lost with a simple miscalculation. As the rounds progress and the pace heats up, mind over matter, quick thinking, coordination, agility and clever teamwork play a crucial role as each team strives to maneuver through walls literally closing in on them. The team with the most points at the end of the competition will win $25,000 and the chance to face the dreaded “Blind Wall” for the opportunity to win an additional $100,000.

OPENING REMARKS FROM THE "LATE SHOW with DAVID LETTERMAN" ON THE CBS TELEVISION NETWORK

(Monday, August 4-Friday, August 8)

"Everybody have a nice weekend?  You know, remember last week everybody was talking about the 44-pound cat?  Anybody remember the 44-pound cat?  And from New Jersey, 44-pound cat from New Jersey...Anyway, this cat had a wonderful weekend - he spent the entire weekend in front of the TV eating a bag of mice."

"John McCain had a great weekend.  He met with his HAM radio club, and then he played horseshoes at the senior center."

"But they say John McCain is 71, but people are now saying that he may be older, John McCain, yeah.  No one knows for sure because his birth certificate was destroyed when the wagon train was attacked."

"Hey, listen to this:  do you remember Hillary Clinton?  How many of you remember Hillary Clinton?  She was running for President and her campaign was like $30 million in debt - $30 million in debt.  Well, now, she's trying to raise up enough money to pay off the debt, and here's how you can help:  if you contribute five dollars to erase Hillary Clinton's campaign debt, you can have dinner with her, for five dollars. That's right, five dollars.  For ten dollars, you get to tie the lobster bib on her pantsuit.  It's great.  But that's not all - for $50, you get to sleep with Bill."

"Big Presidential debates coming up - are we still excited about that?  Didn't we have an election?  Did we?  I don't know.  But it's Barack Obama and John McCain.  If you're going to vote tomorrow, would it be Barack Obama?  Would it be Barack Obama?  How about John McCain if you're going to vote tomorrow?  Well, the big debates are coming up, and Barack Obama wants to debate about foreign policy, and John McCain wants to debate about the Big Band era."

"But how about this:  John McCain was at the big annual motorcycle rally at Sturgis, up there in North Dakota - South Dakota - is there a difference?  Can't we just make it one big Dakota?  And John suggested that his wife could compete in the topless beauty pageant at the motorcycle rally, yeah.  You know what that reminds me of is the time during the campaign that Bill Clinton suggested that Hillary should compete in a wet pantsuit contest."

"By the way, anybody come here on jetBlue?  Anybody fly on jetBlue?  Really?  You're being sarcastic, right?  They're now charging seven dollars, seven dollars - you get on one of these jetBlue flights, and it's just like a hollowed-out can - you ever been on one of these things? And if you want a blanket and a pillow - and it used to be 'Who wants a blanket? Who wants a pillow?  Who wants a blanket?  Who wants a pillow?'  Now, if you want a blanket and a pillow, seven bucks on jetBlue, right there, yeah.  Great, so now you'll be able to get a solid eight hours sleep on the runway."

"Hey, by the way, President Bush is on a trip to Asia, ladies and gentlemen.  And he will be spending the entire week in the Orient.  And usually, Bush is in the disorient."

"Let me ask you a question:  you folks excited about the Summer Olympics?  Are you excited about the Summer Olympics?  And, of course, they're being held in China, in Beijing, and everybody in Beijing already has Olympic fever.  Olympic fever, or, as it's also known, bronchial asthma."

"But, you know, the main venue in Beijing for the Olympics is huge.  Have you seen it?  Huge structure - beautiful, artistic, almost like a sculpture, an enormous arena, and they call it the 'Bird's Nest' because that's what it looks like, this giant structure.  And you'll see it, you'll get used to it.  Now here in New York City, I don't want you to think we don't have something that great.  I mean, we also have a giant thing here in New York City that we call the 'bird's next' - it's, well, it's Donald Trump's hair."

"But all of the athletes are worried about the air quality in Beijing, and the Chinese government - and these people, don't kid yourself, these guys know what's going on - the Chinese government, they're not in Miami, they know what's going on.  And God bless them, they're trying to put a really sunny, kind of positive spin on it.  They said, 'Well, you know what?  You know what?  Get over it, you babies.  It's not air pollution.  No, it's wonton soup.'"

"But yesterday, kind of an embarrassing moment in Beijing:  the United States Olympic bicycle team gets off the plane, and they're wearing - did you see that? - those air filter masks on their face.  And it was - the only way they say that they're going to be able to get fresh air is to suck it out of their tires, honestly...But they're the same masks that kids have to wear when they play with Chinese-made toys."

"Here's exciting news:  how about the Olympics?  Are you excited about the Olympics, ladies and gentlemen?  President Bush arrived in Beijing earlier today, and before stepping out of the plane, he tested the air with a canary."

"But they got together, the Chinese, they threw a big state dinner for President Bush in his honor.  They served Peking lame duck."

"President Bush - now, sometimes I feel sorry for President Bush.  Sometimes I get the feeling he's in over his head, because he's at the opening ceremonies of the Olympics in Beijing and he's trying to, you know, pretend like he knows what he's doing.  So he turns to the president of China and he says, 'I love your chicken, General Tso.'"

"I love Olympic events.  I'll tell you my favorites -- swimming and diving.  Do you like swimming and diving events?  I thought I could tell by looking at you.  And, of course, the high divers, forget about it.  They're judged on flying forward -- that is key in high diving.  Did you know that flying forward, that's one of the things they're judged on?  If they can do, like, a somersault, they're judged on that, as well.  Jackknife -- if you can do a jackknife, that's very important.  Also, and it sounds simple:  backflip, and it's -- no, wait a minute, I'm sorry, that's the scoring in Madonna's bedroom."

"Ladies and gentlemen, exciting news from the world of sports - Brett Favre, legendary quarterback from your Green Bay Packers, will now be the quarterback for your New York Jets.  Big news - people say, 'Well, how did this happen?"  I'll tell you how it happened:  it was part of the Rosie O'Donnell trade."

"And things are really moving along pretty rapidly.  Monday, Brett Favre reports to Madonna's apartment."

"Of course, it's - don't get your hopes up too high, because it's all pending Brett's physical.  That's right - he needs to have his head examined."

"I don't know what the excitement is about.  Brett Favre is - he's overpaid, he's past his prime, he's - oh, no, wait, that's me."

"You probably heard about this:  a guy who used to be Osama Bin Laden's chauffeur, Osama Bin Laden's driver - his name is Salim Hamdan.  You've heard of this guy?  He's been found guilty now of supporting terrorism.  And, as the driver for Osama Bin Laden, found guilty of supporting terrorism - and also using an expired EZ-Pass."

"Ladies and gentlemen, here is sad news from the world of broadcasting:  Larry King - how many of you folks know Larry King?  How many of you have called Larry's show in the past?  How many have previously called Larry's show?  How many have been on the Larry King show?  Larry King is getting divorced.  Yep, and Larry apparently has had seven wives.  Seven wives - he's been married seven times.  And I feel bad for Larry, but, you know, a lot of people just can't seem to make a go of divorce."

"Ladies and gentlemen, here's some sad news from the world of broadcasting:  you know Larry King?  You know who Larry King is, yeah.  He's getting a divorce - wife number seven.  Yep, wife number seven - been married seven times.  And experts believe that if he stays healthy, he could make it to ten...Been married seven times, seven weddings, and he apparently now needs elbow surgery from all the cake cutting."

"I don't know, here's a story, and it's from my home state, Indiana - anybody here from Indiana?  There's a guy - now, you've got a picture in your head - there's a guy and he's in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and they arrest the guy, and lewd activity in public, that's the charge.  Lewd activity in pubic - here's what he was doing.  He was using a claw hammer - this is all for the lewd activity, this is the props he needed to support his lewd behavior - he needed a claw hammer - claw hammer 00 claw hammer!  A plastic bag - all right, I'll give him that one - and motor oil.  Let's go through the list again.  First, lewdity, public lewd activity - claw hammer, plastic bag, motor oil - please, please, Andy Dick, get some help."

"You like being in New York City in the summertime?  Do you like it here in the summer?  You know, the city gets very quiet in August.  Have you noticed that?  Because there's hardly anybody around.  It's so quiet during August -- so quiet, you can actually hear the footsteps of the guy stalking you."

"I was thinking about this:  here's something else to look forward to or to be aware of in August, because that's usually when the psychiatrists take the month off for vacation.  So that means there's nobody around to write a prescription for Andy Dick."

"Now, here's something weird:  do you like science?  Do you like stuff about science? ...Anyway, scientists have discovered a pill, they made up a little pill, and what they do is give it to mice, and it creates muscle tone in the mice without exercising.  Just what we need, rats with big abs."
