“AMERICA’S MOST WANTED” TO EXAMINE EVENTS OF 9/11 ON 24TH SEASON PREMIERE SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, ON FOX

Los Angeles, Ca., August 31st, 2010.          On a very special episode of AMERICA’S MOST WANTED, airing Saturday, Sept. 11 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, host John Walsh will look back at the day that changed America forever. Reporting from Ground Zero, Walsh will take viewers through the events of September 11 and will offer updates on the search for those responsible. As part of the 24th season premiere, this retrospective will feature footage from Walsh’s visit to the site on September 13, 2001 – just two days after the attacks.

In addition, AMERICA’S MOST WANTED is asking for viewers’ help in tracking down Adnan G. El Shukrijumah, one of the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists. El Shukrijumah is believed to be one of the men overseeing Al-Qaeda’s efforts in planning attacks in the United States and other Western countries. He is suspected as the mastermind behind last year’s attempted bombing of a New York City subway station. El Shukrijumah grew up in Brooklyn, NY, and speaks English fluently. He also completed military flight training and did translation work for Omar Abdel Rahman, the cleric who was linked to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

Among its many accomplishments, AMERICA’S MOST WANTED has helped capture more than 1,100 criminals, including 17 on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list. The series has also reunited 43 missing children with their families, which is Walsh’s proudest achievement. In March 2010, President Obama appeared on AMW to congratulate the series on its milestone 1000th episode.

ABC PICKS UP EMMY AWARD-WINNING REALITY SERIES "JAMIE OLIVER'S FOOD REVOLUTION" FOR A SECOND SEASON

New York, N.Y., September 2nd, 2010.               The Emmy Award-winning reality series "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" has received a second season pick-up and will premiere later this season on ABC. In the new season, Jamie Oliver, the impassioned chef, TV personality and best-selling author, will bring the revolution to the nation's second largest city of Los Angeles, CA and take on his biggest challenge yet. The series, which recently won the 2010 Emmy Award for Outstanding Reality Program, will run for six episodes.

In the inspiring series from Fresh One and Ryan Seacrest Productions, Jamie attacks the problems of obesity, heart disease and diabetes in this country--where our nation's children are the first generation not expected to live as long as their parents. Jamie invites viewers to take a stand and change the way they eat in their homes and schools. The first six episodes were set in Huntington, West Virginia.

The series is loosely based on Jamie's U.K. series, "Jamie's Ministry of Food" and "Jamie's School Dinners," which changed what British schoolchildren are fed at school. In America he's turning his attention to helping people of all ages change their eating habits by learning to cook and choosing fresh food over processed in schools, homes, workplaces and even restaurants.

NBC.COM ANNOUNCES THE 'UNDERCOVERS: GET A ROOM PRIVATE SCREENING’ WITH ALL-EXPENSE-PAID ROMANTIC ADVENTURE TO NEW YORK CITY

Universal City, Ca., September 1st, 2010.               NBC.com announced the "Undercovers: Get A Room Private Screening" romantic online sweepstakes to promote the debut of the new drama “Undercovers” today.  The sweepstakes, which will reward five lucky winners with an all-expense-paid romantic adventure for two to New York City for a luxurious stay at the posh London Hotel, dinner at the Gordan Ramsay restaurant and includes a private in-room advance screening for each couple.

The announcement was made today by Vivi Zigler, President of NBCU Digital Entertainment, who said: “NBC.com continues to find new ways to create unique experiences for our fans and we are thrilled to provide this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity tied to one of this fall’s most anticipated new series in 'Undercovers.'"

From acclaimed writer/producer/director J.J. Abrams ("Star Trek," “Fringe,” "Lost," "Alias") and executive producer/writer Josh Reims (“Brothers and Sisters,” “What About Brian”) comes “Undercovers,” a sexy, fun, action-packed spy drama that proves once and for all that marriage is still the world's most dangerous partnership.

Outwardly, Steven Bloom (Boris Kodjoe, “Tyler Perry’s Madea’s Family Vacation”) and his wife, Samantha (Gugu Mbatha-Raw, “Dr. Who”), are a typical married couple who own and operate a small catering company in Los Angeles. Secretly, the duo were two of the best spies the CIA had ever known, until they fell in love on the job five years ago and retired. When fellow spy and good friend Leo Nash (Carter MacIntyre, "American Heiress") goes missing while on the trail of a Russian arms dealer, the Blooms are reinstated by boss and agency liaison, Carlton Shaw (Gerald McRaney, "Deadwood," "Jericho"), to locate and rescue Nash.

The pair suddenly is thrust back into the world of espionage, disguises and hand-to-hand combat in adventures that span the globe.

Steven and Samantha quickly realize that perhaps this supercharged, undercover lifestyle provides exactly the kind of excitement and romance that their marriage has been missing.

SEASON 10 OF “THE BIGGEST LOSER” KICKS OFF TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 (8-10 P.M. ET) WITH A NEW THEME OF “PAYING IT FORWARD”

Universal City, Ca., August 24th, 2010.                NBC announces 21 contestant hopefuls eager to transform their bodies, their health and their lives in the must-see premiere of “The Biggest Loser” on Tuesday, September 21 (8-10 p.m. ET).  The theme for season 10 of the popular series is “paying it forward.”

With obesity now one of the leading causes of preventable death in the United States, “The Biggest Loser” wanted to broaden their reach this season, pay it forward and motivate communities – not just contestants – to get healthy.  So trainers Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels and host Alison Sweeney travel to seven cities in the premiere episode, with each trainer leading community fitness challenges like a one-mile race or a 500 step-up competition.  In each of the seven cities – Detroit, Los Angeles, Portland, Atlanta, Phoenix, Oklahoma City and Boston – there will also be three contestant hopefuls competing in the challenges.  The two candidates who complete their fitness challenge first win a spot at the ranch.  Those who don’t make it will get a chance to vie for a spot on the show in a later episode.

The new season players include Burgandy (Eagle Mountain, Utah), a military wife, foster parent and mother of five, Aaron (Kent, Ohio), the son of an alcoholic who hopes to be a better role model to his own son and Montina (Houston, Texas), a background vocalist for Beyonce who wants to look as good as she sounds.  Viewers will also meet Tina, a 58-year-old retired homemaker who was a swimsuit model in her younger years, and Adam (Santa Ana, California), who hopes to lose weight and honor his mother, who died at age 51 from heart failure brought on by complications of diabetes and obesity.

Other new contestants include Sophia (Germantown, Maryland), a high school counselor who lost her brother last year in a tragic car accident, Patrick (Vicksburg, Mississippi), a former college football player who continued to consume large quantities of food long after an injury forced him to stop playing, Ada (San Francisco, California), who longs to “finally be happy” after a difficult childhood with unsupportive parents, and Brendan (Boston, Massachusetts), a special education teacher who wants to practice what he preaches to his students about the importance of exercise and a healthy diet.

OSCAR DE LA RENTA, DIANE VON FURSTENBERG, JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, TORY BURCH AND ANNA WINTOUR AMONG THE FASHION LUMINARIES TO BE FEATURED IN "FASHION'S NIGHT OUT 2010" A ONE-HOUR CBS PRIMETIME SPECIAL HOSTED BY EMMY AWARD WINNER NEIL PATRICK HARRIS ON TUESDAY, SEPT. 14, 10:00 PM, ET/PT

Los Angeles, Ca., August 31st, 2010.               Oscar de la Renta, Diane Von Furstenberg, Justin Timberlake, Tory Burch and Anna Wintour will be among the many fashion industry stars featured in FASHION'S NIGHT OUT 2010, a one-hour primetime special that takes viewers behind the scenes of the world's largest fashion celebration, to be broadcast Tuesday, Sept. 14 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.  The special will be hosted by Emmy Award-winning actor Neil Patrick Harris, star of the CBS comedy series, "How I Met Your Mother."

The upcoming special will focus on year two of Fashion's Night Out, including "Fashion's Night Out: The Show," the largest public fashion show in New York City history with more than 150 models, at Lincoln Center on Sept. 7, 2010, and the actual Fashion's Night Out event three days later on Sept. 10, taking place in New York City and more than 100 cities across the country and 17 nations around the globe.  Featured fashion luminaries include Anna Wintour, Vogue editor-in-chief; design icons Oscar de la Renta, Diane von Furstenberg, Tory Burch and Tommy Hilfiger; Justin Timberlake, co-founder of William Rast; emerging designers Alexander Wang, and David Neville and Marcus Wainwright from Rag & Bone; and fashion executives Terry Lundgren, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Macy's, Inc., and Steven Kolb, executive director of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA).  Cameras will follow these celebrities, designers, editors and retailers as they prepare for one of the most anticipated events of the year, providing a unique view of the creative and logistical work that goes into coordinating an event of this scale.

Looking beyond the glamour to the real-life implications at stake, the show will also focus on individuals working in all parts of the industry for whom the vibrancy of the fashion business is a question of economic survival - from Wintour's initial meetings in Paris with her international editors to discuss plans for this year's event to interviews with sales managers at the Gap about how Fashion's Night Out benefits the retail industry.

Now in its second year, Fashion's Night Out, a worldwide initiative to celebrate fashion and support local economies, was launched in 2009 by Vogue, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, NYC & Company and the City of New York in response to the global economic downturn.  In New York City and across the country, participating retailers will stay open until 11:00 PM on Friday, Sept. 10 and offer an array of in-store celebrations, including designer and celebrity appearances, fashion shows and more.  In New York City alone, over 1,000 participants have already signed on to party with a purpose and join in the Fashion's Night Out event on Sept. 10.
